- Eligibility: Services are available to: -Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding -Infants under the age of 1, or post partum -Infants and children up through age 5, who are at risk for nutritional deficiencies and meet financial guidelines based on family income. Services are also available to women who: -Experience miscarriage -Have a foster child under the age of 5 -Who are not a US citizen -Are a legal guardian caring for a child under the age of 5 Those who qualify for Medi-Cal, Cal-Fresh, or cash assistance programs are eligible for WIC.
